Elecard Boro
Elecard Boro
Elecard Boro has a pricing URL, but plan structure is not surfaced clearly enough for an agent to enumerate. Listed CTAs route to a sales conversation rather than self-serve checkout. No public API was advertised on the listing. Tier 1 scorecard from public listing signals; pricing-page verification is a Tier 2 task.
Quality control Boro — Software solution for UDP, RTP, HTTP, HLS, DASH, SRT and RTMP streams quality control and measurement of QoS and QoE parameters in all segments of distributed networks. Live stream monitoring.

Pros and cons for AI agents
Observational summary written by xpay from the signals captured on 2026-05-06. Not a review of the product — only of its current pricing posture for agent buyers.- Pricing is publicly visible on an indexable page — agents can read tiers without scraping past auth.
- No per-unit price was advertised, so an agent has no way to estimate the cost of a single task.
- All advertised tiers route to a sales contact form; an agent cannot complete a purchase autonomously.
- API documentation is gated or absent; an agent cannot inspect the integration surface without authentication.
- PPU requires account creation and an issued API key; a fully unauthenticated agent purchase is not yet supported.
- No /.well-known/ai-pricing.json or equivalent machine-readable pricing manifest is published — agents must rely on HTML scraping.
How Elecard Boro could lift its score
Add a per-unit price (e.g. $X / 1K calls) to the pricing page so an agent can compute its own cost before committing.

Boro probes are distributed over the network: at the head-end station, at input streams monitoring points and after transcoding, multiplexing and encrypting modules; at end-points of main delivery networks, signal distribution points and last mile locations. The user starts the probe in the monitoring point. Tasks for analysis are assigned to the probe in the dashboard of the Boro account. Boro probe detects violations in the stream and transfers the detailed statistical information to Elecard Boro server. The server aggregates the received data, provides reports in easy-to-understand graphic form for each segment of the network in the web browser, and ensures fast email notification about network violations.1IPTV Ethernet parametersToS/DSCP ChangedTTL ChangedmaxIAT ErrorMLT/MLSMLR ErrorInput Bitrate OverflowInput Bitrate UnderflowBadSource (No signal)Several BroadcastersTask Has No Subtasks TR101290 parametersPriority 1Priority 2Priority 32SRT Packet LossPacket DropPacket ReceivePacket RetransmitRetransmit RateEstimated PSNRBitRateBandwidthSmoothed round-trip time (SRTT)RcvBufLatency3DVB* (Linux DTV API dependant)Signal strengthSNRBERUnrecorded blocksDelivery systemModulationInversionInner FECVoltageRcvBufLatency *under development4QoE Program Specific Information ChangedEncryption State ChangedVideo Information ChangedInvalid Video Elementary StreamVideo FreezeVideo Decodability ErrorAudioAudio Information ChangedAudio Track MissingAudio Decodability ErrorAudio Silence5SCTE-35 SCTE-35 Advertisement InsertionSCTE-35 Ad Insertion Exceeds the Specified PeriodSCTE-35 Tags Parsing ErrorSCTE-35 Ad Insertions Are MissingSCTE-35 Tags Are Not Present in the Playlist (OTT only)6OTT Variant StreamsVariant Stream SwitchingThe Number of Variant Streams ChangedMinimum Variant StreamsVariant Stream Attributes ChangedDuplicate Bandwidth in Variant StreamsBandwidth Missed in Variant StreamInvalid Resolution in Variant StreamsDuplicated URI (HLS only) ManifestsSequence Divergence in Variant Streams (HLS only)Few Segments in ManifestStatic Manifest ErrorManifest Size ErrorManifest ErrorUnknown ManifestManifest Download FailureMedia Playlist Event click to expandcloseMonitored parametersQoS Signal LossDownload/Multicast/PID bitratesContinuity Counter / MLRMLT/MLSEthernet Descriptors (TOS, TTL Src, Dst, Mapping)Inter-Packet Arrival Time (IAT)Multiple Broadcasting SourcesStream EncryptionAudio and Video HeadersETSI TR 101 290 (priority 1, 2, 3)In-depth HLS Analysis (more than 25 parameters and triggers)Service AvailabilityOTT: HTTP timings and source IP registrationQoE Video FreezeTimestamps DiscontinuitySCTE-35 AnalysisVideo ThumbnailsAudio and Video DecodabilityEstimated PSNRAudio Track MissingAudio Silence ErrorEBU R 128Video Recording by EventIDR AlignmentHDR headers detection Check all parametersFunctionalityKEY FEATURESMonitoring of UDP, RTP, HTTP, SRT, NDI*, RTMP (Pull), HLS, and DASH streamsCalculating Service Availability and sending recurring reports on the quality of service by e-mailAd insertion control in transport streams and playlists using SCTE-35Analysis of OTT services in AllRenditions/Player modesCounting the quantity and duration for errors of each priority (fired triggers)Parsing and display of the following TS stream tables: SDT, BAT and NITRecording for SRT, IPTV, OTT, and RTMP streams by each triggerSimultaneous recording in several tasksDownloading of video records from remote probes to the user’s browser using WebRTC technologyLogging of system events and user actionsLogging of recordings and notificationsExport of Reports, Journals and Tables (in csv and xls formats)Distributed project access system (roles Viewer, Administrator, Operator, Engineer)NOTIFICATION SYSTEMSending notifications to email and to external systems (SNMP, Webhook, Pagerduty, Telegram)Sound notifications for registered eventsAutomatic assignment of recording or notification profiles to the task depending on the task protocolCreate several notification profiles for each notification type DATA VISUALIZATIONCheck statistics on all probes and tasks of the projects: Detailed display of all parameters and metrics for each video stream, video thumbnailsBlock View to compactly display state of all analyzed servicesMosaic View to check the whole network on 1 screenKpiView to display statistics of errors for all analyzed streams and to schedule recurrent reports about the service qualitySynchronization of LiveView with other tabs (the TabSync© technology)Display of streams state summary (input stream bit rates, PID bit rate, etc.) in graphic formProject statistics panel (number of active probes/tasks, number of tasks in the BadSource (No signal) state, active alarms, MLT/MLS 15, service availability 15 minutes)Filtering tasks by tags in different viewsGraphs scaling on a task page.
