The facilitator never holds funds — it submits EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization calls so USDC flows directly from buyer to seller. Built on serverless architecture with sub-second latency. Part of the xpay AgentFinOps platform alongside Smart Proxy, Paywall, and Observability. Fully permissionless — no API keys or registration required.
