Very great support and great app !

We have been using the Kimonix AI Search Claude Agent for a few weeks now, and the first results are very promising. It is very easy to install in different places across the website and can be adapted well to match the look and feel of our brand. In addition to AI Search, we also use the Kimonix Merchandising tool, which integrates seamlessly with the search results. Overall, a very flexible and promising solution.

Kimonix's Agentic Search app has genuinely changed how our Shopify store handles site search, and we couldn't be happier with it. Our old search felt clunky and literal, so if a customer didn't type the exact product name, they'd come up empty. This AI search app flipped that completely. The conversational search actually understands natural language, so shoppers can describe what they're after in their own words and land on the right products right away. The part that surprised us most is how alive it makes product discovery feel next to a standard search bar. Getting up and running was refreshingly painless too. No code, no long onboarding, and the Kimonix team stayed close the whole time to make sure everything was dialed in for our store. Every question we had got answered fast, and it always felt like they actually wanted us to succeed with it. We're also longtime users of Kimonix's Collection Sort app, and running the two side by side has been a real bonus. Merchandising and AI-powered search working from the same playbook makes the entire discovery journey feel smooth and intentional from the first search to the final add-to-cart. If you want an AI search solution that helps customers find products faster and makes shopping genuinely more enjoyable, Kimonix AI Search is well worth it.
