The app has been very helpful for our B2B websites and their support has been very helpful. Iris and Arthur were both great in my previous requests, making sure to keep me updated and aligning with their team to get whatever issue resolved.

This app has made our invoicing process much easier. We can generate professional-looking PDF invoices quickly and customize the templates with our branding, logo, and the information we actually need. The bulk printing/export feature is also really helpful when we have a lot of orders to process at once. I especially like the email automation because invoices can be sent to customers without having to do everything manually. Overall, it saves a lot of time and keeps our order documents looking consistent and professional.

The app gives a decent invoice. You will have to modify it to work for your customers. Kipuka quickly helped me out with some issues I was having. This was by far the most helpful person that I have ever had from Avada.
