We were already able to test claimbase during early access and are extremely satisfied with it. We use the app for sales on instagram. This includes not only live sales, but also story sales and feed sales. Our customers are all very happy with the app as it is easy to understand and makes everything fairer. We were surprised how many claims are blocked by Instagram in the chat during live sales! With Claimbase, we now see every claim and the whole sale is much fairer. For sellers, live sales are much more relaxed because you don't have to add up customer purchases at the end of the live sale and upload them to the shop. Claimbase does it all automatically! Also, if a customer doesn't pay their claim, we can go straight into the app and see who else wanted the product but didn't get it, and write to them directly. The customer support is also unrivalled. Questions are answered at all times and you get great support. You can tell that a lot of time and passion has gone into this app. I can definitely recommend the app.
