We were tasked with opening a store on site of our business. We were faced with a difficult decision for operating hours. We researched and found that Cloudshelf provides businesses the ability to create a self-service kiosk at a fraction of the cost compared to purchasing a kiosk set up. The app has been easy to use and the customer service has been phenomenal. Any small issue we have noticed or if our customers made a suggestion, the team was fast to add changes and is always open for feedback. I would highly recommend Cloudshelf!

Cloudshelf has enabled us to provide an easy to use self-service platform for our in-store customers, simplifying our internal processed whilst simultaneously upgrading our customer-facing offerings. With Cloudshelf, we are able to make it easy for customers to order products that are not available in-store to be dispatched to them (or friends & family!) without the hassle of leaving the store empty handed and needing to place an online order, or require a salesperson to arrange a special delivery order at the counter. Customers can browse our entire catalogue offered from our fulfilment centre and have their order dispatched to them with ease! A special shoutout to Sofia for her personal support and commitment to our success in utilising the platform. It is clear that Sofia, and the entire team at Cloudshelf, are truly passionate about ensuring their users achieve success and provide a high-class experience to their customers. The platform is easy to implement and does not take long to get accustomed to. It offers an extremely useful "Preview" function that enables you to virtually previous the platform that customers will interact with, this is an invaluable feature. The ability to offer QR payment is more than just convenient, it is pivotal in the role of offering modern payment systems that ensures the customer feels in control and safe. I am excited to continue utilising the Cloudshelf platform for our in-store customers and I hope my continued communications with the developmental team strengthen their app.

Absolutely amazing app. We mostly do online, and were encountering an issue that customers shopping at our physical location would go to buy something and someone had already just bought it online. Cloudshelf has stopped that occurring, and also allowed us to remove our showroom to focus on our ecommerce.

Update 2: Cloudshelf has been a huge success in the past month that I have been utilizing it. I have a pop-up store located inside of a dog daycare. I do not own the dog daycare, nor do I pay the staff, I just pay rent for the space. I also do not spend more than a few minutes in this dog daycare each week. I needed some way to allow my customers to shop and securely check-out WITHOUT any interaction from the staff at the dog daycare. Cloudshelf has been a huge hit because it allows me to use banners, give full product descriptions, and is very user friendly, plus it's very eye catching. I can't say enough great things about Cloudshelf! My advice would be to regularly make a duplicated copy of your active Cloudshelf just incase you run into the issues i've had in my previous reviews. Definitely check out Cloudshelf! Update: Cloudshelf has been quick to respond and correct the issues I was experiencing. I am currently using the unpaid version of Cloudshelf and it has been an integral part in developing my business. Because of this I am upgrading my review from a 3 to a 5. __________________________________________________________________ I am appreciative and do really like Cloudshelf; however, there have been multiple occasions when editing banners that suddenly my Cloudshelf "unallocates" and I have to set the entire Cloudshelf I am working on back up again. Pictures, Products, links to social media, everything. The second issue is that none of my active coupons within Shopify work through the Cloudshelf app.

Cloudshelf has been great to allow our customers to both browse and buy our wide selection of alcohol from the convenience of their phone and tablet. Very happy with the app. Excellent customer service and support too!

Since day one, we have been so impressed with Cloudshelf as an app, and Cloudshelf as a team. Firstly, if you use Shopify (which if you are reading this, you probably are!) the setup is *so* simple and easy. They advertise "No programming" and they are correct. Having been early adopters we have been amazed at the advances and upgrades to their app that Cloudshelf have implemented. Their team are always looking at changes and improvements that will help their users, and have been open to suggestions when we have submitted feedback. As a small high street store, with a single location and all stock on-site, we were sceptical about what benefits Cloudshelf could bring... but thanks to the tight integration with Shopify, Cloudshelf has been a silent salesperson during busy periods by enticing waiting customers to explore items on our website via the Cloudsheld portal! Cloudshelf has also been a great selling tool for our staff allowing us to show customers detailed images or information about products that are not only in-stock, but those currently unavailable or even those soon to be launched too! Cloudshelf itself can show "in stock" / "out of stock" information too!) If you can take some time, then the customisation options in the Admin panel can be really powerful too - you don't need to have *everything* in your Shopify catalog shown on Cloudshelf, but you can if you want! We look forward to seeing what other updates and improvements Cloudshelf have for us in the future :-)
