Cohub makes our annual physical inventory seamless and easy to perform. The mobile app allows scanning barcodes to be a breeze, and the entire process is very streamlined and easy to follow. The response from the app creators with any issues or questions really makes this app an A+ for us as well.

I have experienced multiple issues with this inventory system. The synchronization process is unreliable, resulting in inventory discrepancies and delays in updating stock information. Stock take results are often not reflected in a timely manner, which impacts daily operations and inventory accuracy. I also attempted to contact their support team several times regarding these issues but never received any feedback or response. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with problems that directly affect business operations. Overall, the combination of syncing problems, delayed stock updates, and the absence of customer support has made inventory management more difficult than expected.

There are many great features like cycle scans, having multiple team members join a scan, reversals, and other great to have metrics. However, it fails at its core use: scanning items. It allows for an external bluetooth scanner, or with a camera if you use an iOS device. Scanning is only possible via the product barcode and NOT the SKU. It does not allow rapid subsequent scans either, you need to confirm or adjust the quantity after each scan. This means you can't blindly scan products, you need to confirm on the device you use every time. Scanning using Cohub takes significantly longer than using an excel sheet with some handy formula;s that we import.

This app saved us so much time and drastically helped improve our inventory counting process! The mobile app allowing staff to use their smartphones as a barcode scanner is a game changer. The customer service is also great; I got quick and helpful responses to my questions. The app works perfectly with Iphone, but Android users may face some problems on the mobile app. We only had three android users on our team, and all of them said that every time their phone screen shut off, the app would crash and would have to be reopened. Also, they all had to fully log in with shopify admin credentials, meaning they can't just click on the link and join the count for the location they were at, which is how the app is supposed to function. Once they work out issues with android this app will be perfect!

We are complete new in Shopify and needed an efficiant way to make a stock count. Cohub is still very new for us but the way it works is easy and fast. Our team is already getting adicted to the "Toys". Cohud is turning an borring job (stock taking) into a day to day routine which everybody likes to do.

I originally had a few problems with the app during our 1st 100% inventory but the staff at Cohub were super responsive. Despite the fact that we are in Hawaii, they were very accomodating to our time schedule and were able to troubleshoot our issues. They resolved our issues with 100% satisfaction. If you're doing a full inventory (which we do twice a year), this is what you're looking for. It's easy to use, and the reporting it generates is extremely helpful. We have thousands of SKUs, so we needed something that could handle multiple people counting at the same time. Not only does it work, but the customer support is excellent. Steve helped me troubleshoot throughout the entire process, and I really can't thank him enough for the support. I rarely leave reviews for apps, but I felt like I should for Cohub. I'm sure there are people out there with a similar inventory looking for a system to help them manage it. This is it.
