CJ is genuinely simple to learn, and I really appreciate that you truly don't pay anything until you actually get an order, that made starting my store possible without upfront inventory risk. One tip for new users: pay close attention to your settings, especially the shipping method on each order, since defaults aren't always the best pick. When my first order's tracking stalled, customer service rep Mia Peng picked it up fast and put a rush on it for me. Solid support, beginner friendly, would recommend.

They have many products to choose but i found that their processing and shipping time is slower than the other companies. They have the Much Faster marked beside their business name but it's just not the case. They should improve it. Sometimes they take almost 10 days to start fixing an order issue which is unacceptable.
