We've generally had a good experience and customer service has been able to troubleshoot problems quickly.

I would not suggest this app. I had hundreds of fraudulent donations done mainly from India based on the traffic to my site. This in return caused me multiple chargebacks in which I had to pay $15 per chargeback. It appeared that they were testing out stolen credit card numbers to assure that they worked. Hands down worst experience I have had that actually lost money.

This is the app we use for our site that blends sales with donations (we are a non-profit organization). We have needed some customization to ensure the app works as we need it to work, and their developers have been responsive. They understand the concerns we are raising and build solutions within a couple of days, at most.

I needed assistance creating a donation widget on our custom template, and the support team went above and beyond to help me out. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they provided clear documentation on the changes implemented. The entire experience was smooth. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for this functionality and top-notch customer service!

This is an update from my earlier review because I feel sorry for the developers of this app. The App caused big problems for my shop after the uninstall. Code was left behind. I understand that the code was manual code that the developers helped with. Had I known they would need to manually uninstall this, I wouldn't have had to go to the trouble of hiring an expert to help identify the problem. The app itself, while it was working was good. Just be careful when you uninstall the app. Contact the developers to make sure they have removed ALL the code.

It was a perfect fit for our Not-for-Profit organization. The support was outstanding, and we are very happy with the app so far. We needed an App to set up a custom donation product and send custom donation receipts to our amazing supporters. After trialling many other apps, we stumbled upon Donate Source, and the whole experience, from onboarding to setting up custom items, has been phenomenal. The support team is very hands-on and super helpful.

After we installed this new app on our e-commerce platform, we noticed that our entire shopping cart feature became dysfunctional and non-operational. This situation has been extremely frustrating for our team as we rely heavily on online sales to drive our business. Despite our best efforts to communicate this critical issue to the technical support team over the past several days, the problem remains unresolved. As a result, our online store has been forced offline, leading to significant financial losses on a daily basis. We are urgently seeking a resolution to this issue to minimize the impact on our business operations.

Donate Source app has been up and running for a week now. We have already received higher amount donations that what our previous donation app could provide. In order to accurately add the donation option to our cart page I needed assistance from the Prezen Apps team which were very helpful, punctual, and detailed in their communication with me. Thank you!
