Perfetto, uno spassionato feedback vorrei darlo. Abbassate per favore il prezzo d'abbonamento, sicuramente avreste molte più recensioni, spesso gli utenti quando guardano il prezzo costoso dell'abbonamento abbandonano la pagina a prescindere. Quasi 70€ al mese è un prezzo esagerato, potreste avere migliaia di recensioni rispetto ai competitor. Potreste proporre 3 tipi di abbonamento: base, medio e esperto. Ogni tipologia con un prezzo a cui puoi dare dei vantaggi specifici di cui avanzando di livello puoi beneficiare. (Ad esempio: assistenza h24, collegare più account ecc...)
Bonjour, Je suis nouveau dans E Commerce, bien sûr comme beaucoup j'ai fais tuto, video. etc, etc. Aujourd'hui il faut aller vite, si un produit ne fonctionne pas on pivote mais, il faut refaire de font en comble le Shop. Moi j'ai découvert Dropmagic, avec un lien URL en 5 min la boutique est faite: photos avis etc, etc, plus une IA pour de nouvelles photos et commentaires mais, bien sur rien n'est gratuit. Il y à Cédric avec des tutos et en plus si il y a une galère il est en support avec sont équipe. Je vous invite à découvrir cette application.
5/5 Stars — Outstanding Experience with DropMagic! I had a great experience with DropMagic. Their homepage is super stylish and trendy, and the product pages are clean, detailed, and easy to shop from. On top of that, their customer service and support are top-notch—fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Support I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DropMagic. I worked with Cedric to address issues with my app, but tech support (Loui) took 16 days to send a initial, vague response stating they were working on it. Due to the excessive delays and lack of updates, I was forced to request a refund. Despite this experience, I offered them a second opportunity to resolve the issue, but the service remained unacceptable. When I raised these concerns, Cedric cited being a "small company" as the reason for the delay. While I understand the challenges of running a small business, it does not justify inadequate communication or failing to honor commitments. DropMagic needs to significantly improve its customer service and operational efficiency. I cannot recommend their services.

Cedric was helpful for me problem solving the issues I was having! He went above and beyond making sure that I would be able to use the app in the best way. Very nice and respectful. I look forward to seeing how well this works moving forward!
