So far the app has been great to work on very intuitive and have everything i need, also I contacted the support team to help me implement a specific design layout and they help me to apply it very quickly so overall great experience.

I was about to cancel my subscription because I had having issues with the app, I contacted support and Angelica helped me! Her communication was quick and easy and she had my plugin set up and working for my store in no time. Would definitely recommend this app. It works great with themes, the customer support is amazing and it helps you convert with higher AOV :)

Offers a simple and effective way to upsell products. Can't comment on support as I haven't had to use it yet but thats a big positive in itself!

Makes everything easier. Instead of hiring someone to do this or wasting hours trying to do it myself, essential upsell makes everything so smooth. Within 2 minutes, everything is up and ready to go.

Great support over email, very fast response. No chat available yet. App is highly customisable, though I cannot select the relevant offers I am after, but that might be more of a Shopify limitation.

The Essential Upsell app is great - it allows us to easily add all types of upsells to our products, and has all the settings needed to customise them how you like. When called upon, the technical support is excellent too. Today Samuel quickly diagnosed and fixed a small issue with multi-variant listings. I highly recommend.
