Nice easy to use app that consistently delivers audio files to my customers. I like that I'm able to customize the emails. Very easy to create digital products and link to store products. Working exactly how I need it to.
We’ve been using FileMonk for around a year now. The support team has been excellent. We recently required an enhancement to support EU digital sales and they implemented the feature in only a couple of days. We tried several other digital sales apps and decided on this on based on feature set, cost and responsiveness of the dev team.
Been using Filemonk for a few years now, and its worth every cent. Easy to use interface, both for the customer and store owner. Very satisfied! If you are a digital store owner that is looking for a reliable app for your products, look no further.

I’ve been using Filemonk for a while now for digital downloads on my Shopify store, and honestly it’s been great. It was really easy to set up, and once it was running, everything just worked. Customers get their files instantly after purchase, which has made the whole process much smoother for us and cut down on support emails. The app is simple to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without being complicated. Also, their support team has been super helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely one of the better Shopify apps I’ve used.
Once you sign up there is no way to cancel.
I went through 3 different digital delivery apps in two hours, and this is the only one that did everything I wanted. Customer support was immediate and superb. Very happy
