I've worked with Fast Simon for years and it is very user friendly! They are constantly making improvements and updates to the apo, Our CS Manager and their dev team respond so quickly to any issues that arise.

Have utilized this app for two years now. Staff is friendly and quick to assist. Very nice app, however the metric used for billing is number of monthly users visiting your website. For smaller stores this should never become an issue, however as you grow - especially if you have a large number of pages or products in your store, the Google bots will utilize many of the visits. Out store has an average of nearly 10,000 bot visits per month due to our extremely large catalog, to which we keep adding products. This worked fine for us until we hit the top 10,000 visits/month at the $99 level, however as we have grown we now see an average of 25-30,000 visits per month. The next level package they offer increases from $99/month to $249/month - a 150% increase. After much research we found all of the other collection filter apps charge is based on the number of products in your store. We needed to switch to one of these apps, which work just as well.

very happy with the app and support, with a recent google core updates and a need for shopify to be fast was a challenging. Fast simon offering side rendering on collection page has speed up our score in page speed insight, we are very happy with the app

Excellent support, fast turnaround on requests. Easy to use with No Code Editor, Fast Simon is a complete Search & Disovery and product merchandising solution. Very little manual merchandising needed upon installation of Fast Simon- even for a store with a catalog of 30,000+ SKUs. Highly recommend.

We evaluated almost all search solutions and we decided to move of with Fast Simon. We increased search conversion rate, after improving UX with additional filtering options and machine learning. Great support, very involved during implementation phase and very fast answering any question via ticket.

Collections pages give slower scores on google speed insights compared to standard shopify collection pages. Fast Simon team says nothing they will do but just asks us to fix issues on our side. The response by Fast Simon team isn't accurate, the sales increase isn't 60%, it's around 30%. Luckily Shopify now has very similar features in the collections and search they offer plus it's free, i'll slowly move to it.

Exceptional support and technical expertise. Whenever I have requested help, I receive prompt support and always a resolution - first time. Highly recommend!
