We have been extremely impressed with Logistified! The platform has been a great addition to the way we manage our inventory and purchasing, and the ability to integrate it with ChatGPT has taken it to another level. Being able to analyze our inventory, sales history, suppliers, purchase orders, and purchasing needs through ChatGPT has been incredibly helpful and has made the decision-making process much easier. Their support team has also been wonderful to work with. They have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist whenever we have had questions. We are still discovering everything Logistified can do, but so far we are very happy with it. The ChatGPT integration in particular has been amazing and has a tremendous amount of potential for our business. Switching to Logistified from Cin7 has been one of the best decisions I've made for the business. It far exceeds Cin7 both in what it can actually do and in the level of support behind it. The team is genuinely 10/10, fast, helpful, and they clearly care. And the new MCP connector for Claude is next level. This app saved my life! Literally, I used to spend sooo much time manually collating products, and because it was manual things would be forgotten. I also tried Ultimate Purchase Orders but it was very limited with what it could do. Nicola and the team have been exceptional and have even developed additional features that I needed for my business. Now so much of my stock processes are automated and my team can manage stock receiving and management without me - it's been a gamechanger!
