The setup was straightforward even for the parts that are usually painful. Configuring Meta and getting the app through the store review process went far more smoothly than expected. The app stays in sync with our Shopify catalog without any fuss, so we're not maintaining a separate system. Almost everything just reflects what's already on our storefront.
