First of all, they have a fantastic team you can trust, providing the fastest support on all matters, which is crucial for global e-commerce companies like ours serving millions of customers. All the team members are highly skilled, but Elle is truly a wonderful team member, providing quick and definitive solutions to all our questions with incredible patience and understanding. I would like to emphasize that their application is more successful than many other mobile apps currently available. We at Dinossi use Ego Mobile app development and would like to express our utmost satisfaction.
They are understand our use case quite quickly even though it's a bit unusual. Their developer proposed a workaround and helped us configure it.
Supporter is good at translating technical stuff into something our marketing team can understand. Huge plus.
Had some trouble after an iOS update and support was super responsive. They checked our setup and explained what was happening instead of just sending a help article
