Really solid tech support experience. They responded quickly, explained what was causing the filter setup issue, and walked me through the correct settings. Everything is working perfectly now

Amazing app that gave us the ability to have different meta tags for different collections with selected filters. This is something that’s not possible in Shopify by default if you’re using parameters in the URLs - but this app makes it possible! Their support team went above and beyond by creating a custom solution for us completely free of charge. It allows dynamic loading of SEO content as well as infinite scroll functionality. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this app!

For me, I find this app really useful for bulk updates of a 10 year old inventory and also managing customer filtering options at the front end. I have found this easy to use, easy to install and when I have had something I have been unsure about or struggled with then the support team have been helpful, quick and responsive. Totally recommend this. At least take up the free trial, you have nothing to loose.

**edited: we recently just got a new theme and were having issues getting the filters to show correctly. Chris has worked with me so that they are showing and everything is exactly as I want. Highly recommend this app and the service is second to none. We have been using this app for years now and love it! It simplifies everything in our categories (which are quite large) and makes finding something a hell of a lot easier! They set it up for us, shuffled it around so that we were happy with the look and feel of the filtering, and then when I've had questions, there is always someone to help on the live chat. Highly recommend if you have large categories and need to filter them in an easy no fuss way :)

5 stars so far I am still fairly new to using it but if offers exactly the features I need for a large catalogue. The question I asked prior to downloading was answered quickly and competently and I look forward to continued use of the app! Would definitely recommend.

I need to say that this is the best App-support experience I had so far! Very helpful! Just 3 days after installing the app, it is EXACTLY how I wanted it, with all the code changes that the support was necessary for. I use the color filter, and love the way it looks and works. I would give 6 stars if this would be possible :)

This is a must have App, to help your site visitors find the right product for them, in our case Perfumes. The support team is helpful, we had a small issue with a Collection Link, this was sorted out by Filter Menu Team within 2 days. The only thing is maybe the monthly plan is maybe a little bit expansive. thank you
