Incredibly fast support. My issue was resolved in seconds.
POWR Lookbook has been a fantastic addition to our website. We use it to upload galleries for our rescue wish lists as well as news and media articles, and it integrates seamlessly with our site. The platform is very user-friendly, and the templates and galleries present a clean, professional look that enhances our content. Anytime we’ve had questions, the live chat support team has been outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this app if you’re looking for a simple yet powerful way to display multiple images with links in a format that is highly visible, easy to navigate, and customer-friendly.
Just started using the app today. It seems pretty decent, but the max file size you can upload is 5MB. For a PHOTO gallery??! Please increase the max file size to 20MB. Fair enough - upload file size increases with paid plans. I was annoyed how the "free" plan has an ad for POWR that shows underneath the gallery on your website. Please consider revising the term from free to trial. Free is a misleading plan name when mandatory advertising is involved.
I've been using POWR: Photo Gallery for many years, linking photos to the video links of our video programs. It has been an excellent tool and saves me a tremendous amount of time - very professional too!
I have large high resolution image files and was unable to upload to my new gallery. Richcarde quickly looked at my images to determine the issue. He let me know that the max dimension on any one side (length or height) is 3,000 pixels. I was able to resize my images and all is a go ! I appreciate the quick help.
It's a great app especially when you are just getting started. It's a quick and easy way to include a photo gallery on your site.
This app has met my needs so far, its easy to navigate. Had a small issue in uploading once, but customer service - Mithsou was quick to respond
