I can't imagine a more comprehensive, feature-filled pre-ordering application than PreProduct. There's a lot of edge cases and varying requirements and scenarios entailed in a pre-order campaign, and the PreProduct team seems to have anticipated pretty much all of them. The app works great and can do absolutely everything you need. When I haven't been able to figure something out, Oli always responds within the day, often within an hour or two, to ensure everything is working smoothly. We are using PreProduct for thousands of high value pre-orders - if you want a system you can trust with a similarly important campaign, I can't recommend it enough.

Great app, great support. Highly configurable and we can control the preorder variants and lead times through the included API. We came to PreProduct after trialling several other preorder apps which didn't work with our theme, or had no API, or had an extortionate commission % on orders, or a poor support response. This one does everything we need at a sensible price and comes with prompt and helpful UK-based support. Oli helped us fix a couple of issues while we were preparing for launch. For context we're a Shopify Plus site using the Scale plan on the app, but it looks like it'd work well for larger or smaller sites too.

The app dev team is extremely responsive and very helpful! We are a fast-growing company in the health and wellness space, and so we sell out or take preorders quite often. We also have some nuances to our website that have required tweaks to the app. We always land on some version of the app's settings that help move our business forward.

BEWARE!!! There is no option to change or cancel your plan once you subscribe. Support does not respond to your issue about it right away. I would not recommend attempting to use this app. Edit: They responded to my email right away and it had gone to spam. The only way to cancel my subscription was to uninstall the app which works perfectly for me. I'm not certain how it would work to downgrade.

Game changer for us. PreProduct has transformed the way our small team is able to manage pre-orders. It’s been a massive operational unlock. He guided us through a smooth integration that worked with our current fulfillment and inventory processes, and went far beyond standard support by helping us build custom solutions to fit what we were trying to achieve. Even in the short time we've used it, there have been several new features released, so I know it's only going to get more robust. We’ve used countless Shopify apps over the years, and PreProduct is hands down the best value we’ve ever received. The product is excellent, the support is unmatched, and the entire experience has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.
