There was a coding issue when I set up the Upcharge App. But Javid was great at fixing it and got us up and running super quick!
Super simple to set up with excellent support. The application is easy to use, integrates well, and offers plenty of flexibility.
We faced a tech issue with this app and our site (which usually work fine together) but they were extremely fast and responsive to the issue Javid specifically was great to work with, 2 thumbs up!

The app stopped working for me (user error due to a theme update) and Zia from support was very helpful in getting it back up and running for me. It's very helpful being able to customize fees so thoroughly, especially with the headache of tariff fees being introduced. Very useful app and good customer support.
Excellent customer service. We had an issue in the coding that the app was not making a fee show up correctly in the cart. Javid and the team found the issue, sent me the custom CSS, and guided me where it needed placed and solved our issue. I wish more companies would have the kind of service that was provided to us like UC Lab LLC.
The team was extremely helpful when the app wasn’t working as intended and kindly provided a refund for the period when we experienced the issue. Everything is now working as it should for our store, and we’re very happy with the app!
