Had a slight issue to begin with but this was fixed promptly. Very happy so far.
Once again, the team at DECO Hove have outdone themselves. We’re using a paid theme with custom VAT displays, which means the discount feature doesn’t behave quite right because of our custom setup. The online chat (a real human, not AI) connected me with Tracy and Felicie, and they jumped straight onto the fixes I needed. This is the second store out of five that I’ll be installing this on, and the support has genuinely been the best I’ve had from any app so far. Would give more stars if I could.
Tracy helped me create badges for office furniture, and she was very skilled with Deco Product Badges. She was efficient, professional, and quickly came up with a solution that matched exactly what I needed. Very happy with her help!
