App works well to give our customers various unusual product options. Had an issue with how the options were appearing (due to a conflict with our theme) and the team fixed quickly with minimal fuss. Recommended if you want to add product options to your site!
Prompt and professional, able to solve issues.
I have the premium version. It’s got a lot of really cool options that I have just begun to figure out. I had an issue late at night (midnight) and hit the support chat icon. Within a few minutes I was met with an efficient person who was able to resolve my issue in less than 10 minutes. They were able to correct the issue and make it do exactly what I wanted, update the product price when adding options.
Support was able to solve the issue addressed to them fast and in a professional manner.
