So far so good! I had an issue with the app not restoring product positions after restock. The support team was very helpful and guided me through a test. Everything is working well now!
I had an issue with my manually sorted collections in StockIQ. The support team helped me identify the problem and guided me through the necessary adjustments. I'm now able to manage my collections effectively!
The push down out of stock items feature works perfectly, no issues. Great help to keep our site organized. The daily low and out of stock reports are super helpful for managing inventory and work great. The back-in-stock notification is in beta right now and fairly basic but works well. We had an issue where the back-in-stock notification button wasn't appearing correctly when customers selected out-of-stock variants. The support team was responsive, and their developers implemented a fix that resolved the problem across our entire site. Great customer service and very responsive, would not hesitate to recommend.
Absolutely wonderful experience with the app development team! They responded to my messages very quickly and were extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Even after working hours, they were still willing to help me check things and address my concerns. They also listened to my feedback patiently and made me feel truly valued as a user.
