I’ve been using Puco Sections to expand my Shopify theme across two sites, and it’s been a great addition. The variety of sections makes it easy to customise my store without custom coding for sections that fall outside of the basics within the theme. I recently had an issue with font sizing on a section, and their support team was quick to respond and assist with a fix. The app is intuitive, well-designed, and backed by helpful support. Amazing sections are included that I have been trying to code myself for months, and Puco has them all! Whenever I am not sure what to do, there is an amazing chat available, and the responsiveness is legit insane!!! Even at 2 AM, my questions are responded to in under a minute, and I have never felt this kind of support, care, and helpfulness with designing a site or help with any webpage or service. This is the best section building app I have tried. I wish I found it earlier! The library of available sections is plentiful and they are easy to install and configure. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. I have been responded to every time I made contact for help. Overall, this is pretty much all you need to easily build your website.

I had some issues with the blocks on our website not working correctly and reached out for support. The response was quick and incredibly helpful. Rio, the founder of Puco, was not only prompt in assisting me but also very thorough in explaining the steps needed to resolve the issue. He even provided a detailed tutorial link that made the process much easier. Our website developers had added some content incorrectly, which we couldn’t edit. Rio explained that the FAQs block currently supports only one content for all product pages. He guided me to the "Section list" and "FAQs Block" for editing. His assistance was clear, and he patiently waited for me to check if the solution worked. Despite the block not supporting different content for each page, Rio’s support was invaluable. His dedication and personal touch made the experience even more meaningful. I was more than happy to leave a 5-star review for his app, understanding how much it meant to him and his business. Overall, Rio's support was outstanding, and I highly recommend Puco for their excellent service and genuine care for their customers. This app is very smart. Instead of installing a large app that may slow down your site, you have the option to just select the sections or blocks you want to use. There's a large selection of sections to choose from to elevate the appearance of your theme, and I'm sure that the collection will continue to grow. The support from Rio has been absolutely fantastic. He's obviously very passionate about the app, which is fantastic to see. Definitely worth the money. A+

App works well, some great free sections that are easily activated and incorporated to the store, and even better paid sections that come at a very small price. We had, what we thought was a small issue with 1 section so contacted support and were helped by Rio who had a quick look and explained what we were doing wrong. In the end it wasn't an issue with the app or the section. All in all, great customer service and great app.

They do not lie when they say the customer service is top notch. It is excellent! I bought a block and needed a bit of customisation to visually make the block what I would like and to integrate it with the rest of my theme aesthetically. I emailed support and spoke to Rio who responded within an hour. Rio customised the block to my liking and within half a day the block looked exactly how I imagined it. I was even given really simple instructions on how to duplicate and adapt the changes to my liking when I want to add the block do a different theme. Massive fan of this app, thank you so much for the help!
