It worked for a while and now I cannot generate new QR codes. The app will not connect to my products so I can choose one to create a QR code. I have tried reconnecting, using different browsers, etc. Still will not show my products when I type in the select product field.
This app worked great until it didn't. All of a sudden, all my existing and new OR code directed to a 404 page. I don't have time to troubleshoot apps that just stop working. I deleted and installed Scan Owl. I had the QR codes that I needed in minutes
We printed Thousand of QR code on the product using shorten URL for two years now. Now that link haven't problem it's nothing working when people connect to wifi. QR code only work when they use data internet. they said they working on fix it. But many months the problem still there. All my product and all the customer complain. Now We have to print all NEW Products.
This app is fantastic! You can create QR codes in batches, filtered by product type, collections, etc., which is a huge timesaver. The batch result is easily downloadable as a zip file. QR codes are also customizable -- add text, change the shape/frame of the QR code; etc. Really a great app that I recommend to anyone needing to generate QR codes for every product, collection, order, etc.
I've used this app for a while now and even have the QR code on our product packaging. I had an issue with my code not redirecting properly and emailed customer service. They had the issue fixed the very next morning.
The QR Code Generator is a no brainer for us at https://sangmoon.com We don't put prices on our items and use the QR code to show the customer this information while we track who is making the inquire at shows. The stats are amazing. We even generated a qr code for our business cards and chalk sign, so we can tell if anyone is scanning it and from what sources. One of the best things is that we can print the qr code and change where it's going later. Saves you money since url's change.
I would be happy to recommend this app. It makes it very SIMPLE and easy to create bulk and unique product codes and use those codes to advertise. Now we can track sales quickly and use Google analytics to watch customer interest and trends.
I have enjoyed working with QR Code Generator Hub so far. The developers are quick to respond to requests and even promised to build out a feature I needed to send which QR code was used to make an order to Shopify Orders as a tag! :)
