Any little hurdle you may come across all you need to do is get on the Chat and they will make it achievable. Lenard was quick and was able to do the changes I requested. First he tried to show me how but I wasnt getting it so he took over and did it. Great guy and great app.

Every time I update my announcement it doesn't show up for me Well I am updating my review. I am not tech savvy and I could not see the announcement bar at all so I contacted support and they helped me with my issues which were on my side with some things I didn't know that would hinder me seeing the bar. I really commend the support team for staying with me and helping me to see the announcement bar by giving me great instructions! Thanks so much!!! Kathleen Heckenkamp

The Quick Announcement Bar has been vital for online specials and event awareness. We've been using it for years! The platform is excellent and has many options.

The features offered in the free version are very well organized and are easy to use. The app is very user friendly and easy to install. Would like to see a couple more features available to the free version , like uploading own image backgrounds and multiple / scrolling bars to help determine if paid subscription would meet needs and is worth the expense. Over-all happy with the product so far.

Easy to use, super simple. UI/UX of app is fine, but could be improved a little bit, default designs aren't great, could offer more standard options.
