Quinn seemed simple and easy to use. The reels looked fine on a PC, but were grayed out on mobile. Their support said the site was loading slowly and should work once fully loaded. That didn't make sense to me as we also use a app to compress images and video and keep our site running quickly. The site isn't very big - it's one product! So I asked again and clarified it didn't run on mobile. Same response...So I uninstalled and tried another app that did similar, worked perfectly without any other changes.

Customer support refuses to address the issue of the swatch images not showing up in carousel. Customer support tried to pressure me to change the review rather than fix the problem. Wish I could give them less than 1 star!

really happy with quinn,easy to intergrate and easy to customize but i suggest to to pull out the instagram data automatically when new videos are uploaded.that could save a lot time.
