Super buggy and would not suggest downloading. Does not even work. Highly do not recommend! I am not lying.
I am working on my website selling a jewelries and want to categorize what kind of stone they are using. In the beginning this app did not work, just showing alphabetic order items only. So I complained this issue to Team Zooomy and they were so serious about improving this app. A few days later, they solved all problems and it works fine now as I expected. So if you have any issue on this app, you'd better ask their assistance first. They are willing to help you. Highly recommended.
I signed up for this app a little over a week ago and am very pleased. I contacted them to help me set it up and they were so responsive to my request. It is easy to set up and fits my needs perfectly.
Excellent customer service. They added the proper codes to my template very fast. Excellent choice to show your related products.
While my theme had a built-in related products section, Relatify is able to show related products via Vendor, rather than be defaulted to the Collection, allowing me to customise what is shown a lot better. So I was really happy to find it for that reason alone! My only criticism is that the section is locked to the full width of the screen when viewing from a Desktop - and it would be nicer if it had a little padding either side so it is not hard up to the edge (then it would match the rest of my theme better too). But other than that, it has been working well and was really easy to install.
I totally recommend this app! Easy to install, convenient cost, and an amazing helpful support team! I reached out to the support team after not being sure if the app was installed properly and they responded very fast and took care of it themselves. I also like the look of the related products in my store, and I trust it will be a helpful tool for our costumers. Thanks Relatify team!
I had trouble installing this at first, but the support team got back to me instantly and helped me resolve the setup issues I had. Very helpful team. So far I am loving this app! I needed my store to show related products based on "tags" and not "collection". This was the App. Excellent Excellent!
