This is a great app, with phenomenal customer support. Not sure i've ever experienced such great support before. They go above and beyond, any changes you need, they are willing to help with, and respond almost immediately. One of the best teams I've ever worked with.
We recently switched to Smart Size after using our own size guides and it has really helped to streamline the appearance of our product pages, and is much more user friendly. It included most of the key features we were looking for, and the team have been so helpful and responsive with any specific changes or issues we've encountered. Thank you!
SmartSize is a user-friendly and intuitive app that's easy to use. The App is simple to use, but powerful. We have only just implemented it, but I can see customers are already engaging with it and we are confident it will dramatically reduce returns - an important issue for a DTC online women's jeans brand! Customer support is genuinely excellent - I raised a query at 11am, received a response within a minute and was on a detailed discussion call an hour later. My query solved! Best size app I have found after months of research.
So far using the Size Chart, and it is amazing - clean and customizable. In process of setting up the size quiz, but so far looking very good compared to other similar apps we have tested.
