This is a fantastic app. Our entire business runs using SoldLive through Instagram Lives and in Instagram Stories. Our customers are obsessed with how smooth the claiming and checkout system is so that’s the real sign of a functional platform there. Before we had SoldLive we did everything manually and so this app has changed our lives COMPLETELY. The team are also VERY responsive whenever we’ve had issues or curious if a feature can change slightly. We are very happy and definitely recommend!

We’ve absolutely loved using this software! It’s incredibly easy to navigate and has been a tremendous help in meeting our needs. A major plus is that they charge a simple monthly fee instead of taking a percentage of sales, which is a huge benefit. Their team is also very knowledgeable and always ready to assist if needed. Really great app, Genius actually! We've never done lives before so was trying to figure out how to do it and research lead us to this app. Which is the only app if you wanna do this as a Shopify seller as it invoices directly from Shopify seamlessly, we have automatic fulfillment set up for all our products and the orders that came through the app fulfilled automatically. We also have different variants per product and the customers received DM's on IG to select all the variants in our product sets and managed to check out without issues. I feel like I could start a live sale only business to make money with this app. Go for it!

Great product, simple and easy to use, but does not allow to sell on other business platforms besides your own.

I switched from CS to SoldLive about 2 years ago and I am so happy I did! My customers felt "pushed" with CS but with SoldLive there isnt the excessive push to get them to shop. They already shopped my shopify website so comfortably. Plus they don't have to make an account, everything is linked through Shopify. I love the look of it when we go Live and still makes me feel "official." PLus the customer service is phenomenal! Can't recommend these guys enough

Overall, my experience has been good. Easy for the customers, like the scanning the item option, and it shows up on the overlay. The main issue I continue to have is certain customers on certain live sales will comment the correct number, and never receive a facebook message to check out. The next live sale it will work for them, and not other customers. Trying to trouble shoot this problem with no solution, which has constituted in a loss of some sales. Hoping the problem gets fixed, because I do like the ease of this app.

This ap makes selling on Facebook easy. I use to take hours after every sale and read through the comments to create invoices, now items go directly into the customers cart. My customers (mostly 55+) find it easy to use as well.
