I really appreciated Jasper's assistance resolving a display issue and he got it fixed for me in less than 5 minutes. This app does exactly what it is designed to fon its very easy to add new stores and we have a global network of retailers who customers can find by simply entering their address and looking for the closest store on the map. I have had a couple of issues in the past where things have been updated by our theme and by Google and the app has stopped working but support have always been extremely quick to help me and have resolved the problem very quickly every time. Definitely recommend!

I have no idea how this installed itself on our store. that was problem number one. At checkout it would prompt the buyer to use coupons that I could only assume it collects from the internet. it was unauthorized, Very janky looking pop up. All the while disguising itself as a dealer locator? It's most likely malware. Would very much not recommend Installing.

Jasper and his team were really responsive when I had an issue with the Google Maps API and one of the locations was not showing. Much faster service than other platforms we spend loads of money on. Highly recommend using them, and very easy platform to use and customize.

Excellent customer service. We knew the app design itself was perfect for our business. With over 5000 locations, we wanted a fast, responsive, easy to use store locator. This checked all the boxes. Unfortunately we ran into an issue when linking up the APIs, but their dev team was extremely responsive and worked through the issue to find the fix (an error we had made by mistake). The app now functions exactly as we wanted. Highly recommend.
