Great app, easy set up. The step-by-step tutorial video on YouTube is super helpful and answered almost all of my questions. For any other questions they have a live chat. Perfect option for our luxury clothing brand where we get frequent returns. Very satisfied!

Amazing TryOn made a BIG difference in my shop. and their customer service is incredible. I've Reachout 3 times and they replied within minutes every time. Honest company and great service. Highly recommended if you sell non recurrent physical products!
This is a very good app for a Try Before Buying program. It works seamlessly with the Shopify store and can be integrated aesthetically with the design of the Theme so it doesn't seem like an "add on". I particularly like the "authorized credit card" hold so the risk of not capturing the funds after the trial period is reduced. I found the best part was working with the Tryon Team for support. They were very responsive, helpful, and always accessible and made the implementation virtually effortless. I would highly recommend this app.
The app doesn't work with 3PL fulfilment centers. The support is non existent they reply 3 days later. The app rejected all coming orders with tryon, over 20 came in and got rejected. Regular orders coming through ok, everything from tryon gets rejected! It was a huge waste of tome and money since we spent almost $2000 in ads promoting this deal and no orders were captured!
Tryon is a Game Changer. Perfect for giving unsure customers the confidence to try our products & we've had 100% follow through with purchase. Its simple for both us & customers & the couple of minor issues/questions we had were resolved very quickly by Amir. We trialed it with a few items but will now implement it for the majority of our products. I highly recommend trying Tryon for your store!
Easy to use, responsive developer, increased conversion rates. Tryon basically gets you access to a share of the market that buys more tentatively.
