I use this plugin to generate Certificates of Authenticity for my artwork and it’s been fantastic. Customers value the assurance that their purchases are secure and feel they are acquiring something truly special. The Verisart team is friendly and always ready to answer any questions I have. Additionally, I attach a QR Code sticker so that anyone who encounters the art years from now can easily access information about the piece.
Overall a good service with friendly, helpful staff. The Shopify app is straight forward and easy to use; the main improvement they could make would be if a COA could be auto transferred to customers through the Shopify app after an order is complete on occasions where the COA was not created before order completion. Having to go to the Verisart website to create and manually transfer a COA to a new owner is a bit more of a slog. The website is unfortunately not as intuitive as the app and more prone to glitches.
A perfect fit for our business. We have been using their services for over a year now. The Verisart team is innovative and very helpful. They are always finding ways to improve the service and are open to user feedback.
Verisart are true pioneers in the world of digital provenance, ownership and certification, working with some of the biggest artists in the field . The token gated integration with Shopify is beautifully designed and works seamlessly, providing a great value add for my collectors. Highly recommended.
