I have been trying to communicate and fix the problem, but it was never answered. When I attempted the campaign, an error occurred due to the Facebook API.
Broken, stopped working support e mail fails
The app stopped working few weeks ago - no reply on the chat, no reply from support, but I got charged again..
Love this app! It's a great help with creating eye catching ads and requires hardly any work on our end. Highly suggest!
Ive been using the free version and I really like the ease of use, I can set up my own videos and post them to the media sites I want to, i sell miniatures from different patreons and this allows me to highlight different products from those artists.
It is really easy and quick to create ads. We just start using it with the most basic features and got some great engagement on Facebook and Instagram. We also contacted support with some questions and the response was great. Great app and great team.
This is a wonderful app. It makes videos flawlessly. The images come out beautifully in the videos. There is con-current support through chat while using the app. Feels like you have a guide sitting next to you. Issues, if any, are resolved immediately. I am using the free version, will upgrade soon.
This is a great app. I have used it multiple times to run Facebook and Instagram ads for new products or special collections. You can create and launch ads in minutes from inside the app or by downloading and uploading to your social network, etc. If you need help, great support is always there just one click away!
