Hi, The app works—when it feels like it. The first time I used it for a collection of 360 items, the app kept crashing whenever I tried to switch between preview pages, completely messing up my arrangement. I contacted customer support and got a reply three days later—by then, I no longer needed the app. The second time, the app didn’t show any of my collections. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still didn’t work. On top of that, I was charged twice despite still having 14 days left on my previous subscription. I reached out again to request a refund, and it’s now been four days with no response. Let's see if that review will be impactful enough for an answer.
The app glitches and breaks often. I have submitted multiple support requests and their team is non-responsive.
I like to use this app for merchandising large categories. It'd be nice to have the image aspect ratio offer smaller sizes so I could view multiple rows without scrolling. Overall, this app has made my visual merchandising much faster! Would definitely recommend!
This app has made merchandising our collection pages exponentially easier! We are now able to hide unavailable products, apply a wide range of filters/sorts as well as simply apply drag and drop. When we wanted a particular functionality, we reached out to the app developers who added and deployed it within 24hrs! Great app and great support, would definitely recommend!
So easy to use. Makes merchandising much faster. Love it. A big improvement over the native merchandising option in Shopify. Game changer.
This merch tool is life changing. It has made our team's job so much easier and more enjoyable as we manage hundreds of product SKUs and variants. It has immediately improved how good the site looks and feels a few days into using it. Having the price visible while organizing is also an amazing feature for us as Shopify's default merch tools are extremely limiting and don't cater to sites with many products that need to be grouped and moved frequently.
Love this app but it seems to be experiencing an issue right now and is no longer usable unfortunately. It's no longer displaying correct stock levels, just say 0. I go to upgrade, but it's not allowing me to do so.
App is not always working, and if there are issues there is very limited support. There is a big delay between merchandising actions taken in the app and them showing up on the site. Additionally, the stock information in the app is inaccurate
