This was a great app until recently. I encountered a bug and contacted support. The AI chat gave me a case number and assured me that a support agent would follow up within 4–6 hours. It's now been two days, and I've received absolutely no response or update on my issue. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely happy with the app and was even considering upgrading my plan. Unfortunately, this experience with customer support has made me rethink that decision.

Started with a free plan,realising that this app costs a fortune and my small business doesn’t need 1000 reviews a month. But there is no cheaper option than $129. My client made a mistake with her review and I wasn’t able to resend the email to her, plus she was not able from her end to go back with the same email and redo the review.This app behaves really scammy and I do not recommend it.

Yotpo has some of the fastest and clearest responses from a support team. In my experience, they are quick to reach and provide great support that is easy to follow. My recent support chat Doner P mirrored most of my interactions with the team. While there are some limitations with the dashboard and customization, overall Yotpo has been easy to work with and been a beneficial add to our company.

Used to be a great app but now I get almost no reviews and there are thousands being sent. Reached out to support and they were useless. I would definitely avoid. Explain how you go from getting several hundred reviews in a month consistently for years to 7 new reviews in a month. So frustrated I have to now setup a whole new app.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Yotpo Reviews. Since implementing the platform, we’ve absolutely seen an increase in the number of reviews we’re receiving from customers, which has been incredibly valuable for both social proof and customer engagement. The platform itself is user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility in how reviews are collected and displayed. What has stood out the most, though, is the support team. Their team has been consistently responsive, helpful, and willing to work through questions or customizations with us. It genuinely feels like they care about helping brands succeed on the platform. Overall, Yotpo has been a strong addition to our ecommerce stack, and we’d definitely recommend it to brands looking to improve their review collection strategy and customer trust.

I've been using Yotpo for years, and I am pleased with how easy it is to use as well as the useful app updates over this time. Today, I worked with Orly on back-end code, and it was a breeze working with him. I saved a lot of time by simply submitting my request via live chat. The entire process took less than 15 minutes.

Yotpo is great. Their automated emails are getting a great response from our customers. We are syndicating with our retailers and the support from Yotpo is great. Highly recommend their products.

Absolute ABYSMAL customer service. The AI chat bot does not help and says it will send a support ticket. No one has gotten back to me and I cant use the app until they do. So incredibly frustrating.
