Does this require registration?

No. AllPays.co is designed to work without registration, and no KYB/KYC process for merchants is required to start accepting payments.

What is the difference between AllPays.co Gateway and Providers Mode?

AllPays.co Gateway (Recommended) shows one hosted AllPays.co checkout option.
Providers Mode shows provider-specific methods and redirects customers directly to the selected provider page.

If a customer leaves before finishing payment, can they retry?

Yes — and there’s nothing you need to do. Customers can simply start checkout again. If they paid and then closed the page, the order is still created and confirmed automatically, so no payment is ever lost.

How long does payment confirmation take?

Most payments confirm in seconds. Some methods, such as bank transfers, can take up to about 30 minutes. Customers are notified by email once the order is confirmed.

Which payment methods are supported?

Supported methods include Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Revolut, Robinhood, Bank Transfer, and more.

Is KYB (Know Your Business) required?

No. AllPays.co does not require KYB/KYC to start accepting payments.

How do I receive payments?

Payments are processed through AllPays.co flows and settled to the EVM wallet address you configure in plugin settings (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB, and more) — typically within about 15 minutes.

Why do provider options sometimes change?

In Providers Mode, shown providers come from live provider routing and availability. Temporarily unavailable providers are not shown.

Can I limit how many providers customers see?

Yes. In Providers Mode, use Max providers to show to control how many provider options are displayed at checkout.

Can I apply a fee or discount?

Yes. You can add an extra fee or discount at checkout, and choose who covers provider-side fees — you or your customer.

What customer/payment data does this plugin store?
