WooCommerce Complete Product Cleaner is a powerful yet safe tool for store administrators who need to delete all WooCommerce products and related images. Perfect for resetting development sites, clearing demo data, or seasonal inventory changes.

Expanded Product Cleaner now successfully expanded the plugin to support cleaning Orders, Customers, Taxonomies, Coupons, and WP Content (Posts/Pages), alongside Products. We also implemented Action Scheduler for reliable background processing.

Features:

  • One-Click Product Deletion: Delete all products and variations in a single click
  • Smart Image Cleanup: Options to delete attached images or scan for orphaned images
  • Safe Operations: Multiple confirmation prompts and nonce verification
  • Progress Feedback: Real-time feedback on what’s being deleted
  • Database Cleanup: Removes orphaned metadata and term relationships
  • Admin Only: Restricted to users with manage_options capability
  • Responsive Interface: Clean, tabbed interface that works on all devices
  • Products: Deletes products, variations, and optionally attached images.
  • Orders: Deletes Shop Orders and Refunds.
  • Customers: Deletes users with the customer role.
  • Taxonomies: Deletes Categories, Tags, and Terms.
  • Coupons: Deletes WooCommerce coupons.
  • WP Content: Deletes standard Posts and Pages.
  • Orphaned Images: Scans and deletes unused images.
  • Background Processing: Deletions happen in batches (default 20 items per batch) to prevent timeouts.
  • Stop/Pause: You can reload the page to stop the polling (job cancellation logic is basic for now).

Is this plugin safe to use?

The plugin includes multiple safety features including confirmation dialogs, nonce verification, and admin-only access. However, ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR DATABASE before using any deletion features.

What does it delete exactly?

  • All products (including variations)
  • Product metadata
  • Optionally: Attached product images
  • Optionally: Orphaned images (images not used elsewhere)
  • WooCommerce transients and lookup tables

Does it delete orders or customers?

No, this plugin only deletes products and related data. Orders, customers, and settings remain intact.

Can I recover deleted items?

No, all deletions are permanent. That’s why backups are essential.

Does it work with large stores?

Yes, but performance depends on server resources. For very large stores (10,000+ products), consider running during low-traffic periods.
