It automatically sends data from Elementor Pro forms or WooCommerce orders directly to Mautic.

Data sent to Mautic and Privacy

This plugin connects your WordPress site with your own Mautic instance.
Depending on the modules you enable, the following data may be sent to Mautic:

  • Elementor forms: name, email, and any additional fields you configure in the form.
  • WooCommerce: customer name, email, order details if you sync your fields with Mautic at woocommerce module setup (basic information such as order ID, order value, order number…), and the marketing consent status selected at checkout or in the customer account area.
  • Tracking code: page visits and UTM parameters if you enable Mautic tracking.

Data is sent only to the Mautic instance you configure in the plugin settings.
No data is transmitted to Indedmedia or to any third-party service other than your own Mautic.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No, the plugin is designed to be plug & play. You only need your Mautic credentials.

Does it work with the cloud version of Mautic?

Yes, as long as you have API access enabled.

What is the difference between the free and PRO versions?

The PRO version includes advanced synchronization, premium support, and extra modules for WooCommerce and Elementor PRO.

Does the plugin send data to an external server?

Only to the Mautic instance whose URL you enter. No data is sent to us.

Where is my data stored?

Tokens and module settings are stored in your WordPress database (wp_options table).
