Do I need separate contracts with each bank?

No. One MakeCommerce contract covers all supported banks in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. All your payouts go to a single bank account.

Is the plugin free to install?

Yes. Installing and using the plugin is free. MakeCommerce charges a transaction fee per payment processed. See current pricing at makecommerce.net/pricing.

Does MakeCommerce handle PCI DSS compliance?

Yes. Card payments are processed through MakeCommerce’s own PCI DSS compliant card dialog. Card data never touches your server, which removes the compliance requirement from your store.

Do I need to register separately to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay or Click to Pay?

No. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Click to Pay activate automatically once card payments are enabled in your MakeCommerce settings. No separate provider agreements are needed.

Which shipping carriers are supported?

Omniva, DPD, Venipak, SmartPosti, and Unisend/LP Express – with more to come.

Does it support WooCommerce Blocks checkout?

Yes. Full WooCommerce Blocks checkout support was added in version 3.5.0, including parcel terminal selection on block themes.

Is the plugin compatible with WPML and Polylang?

Yes. The plugin is fully compatible with both WPML and Polylang and is translated into English, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian.

Where do I find my API credentials?

Log in to your MakeCommerce Merchant Portal at merchant.maksekeskus.ee and find your Shop ID, Secret Key and Public Key under the API settings section.
