Yes. Navigate to GiftRocketWP → Settings → General Settings → Essential options. You can independently enable or disable the “Gift card field on cart page” and “Gift card field on checkout page”. This works for both classic WooCommerce and WooCommerce Cart/Checkout Blocks. If the field is hidden, customers can still redeem cards via QR code links or PDF links.
When Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass generation is enabled via ePasscard or GiftToWallet, GiftRocketWP automatically synchronizes delivery. The plugin waits until the digital pass is generated before sending the gift card notification email or SMS, so the recipient never receives an incomplete email. If pass creation fails, GiftRocketWP retries automatically up to 3 times, 5 minutes apart. You can also display a QR code on the PDF gift card that takes recipients straight to their wallet pass.
Yes. SMS delivery is supported in GiftRocketWP Pro using Twilio. Customers can choose to send the gift card by email, SMS, or both during purchase.
