Third Party Services

This plugin connects to Pelecard payment gateway servers to process payments:

  • Pelecard Payment API (gateway21.pelecard.biz)

    • Purpose: Process credit card payments, tokenization, and refunds
    • Data sent: Order details, customer billing information, payment data
    • Pelecard Website
    • Pelecard Terms

  • Apple Pay Support (optional, disabled by default)

    • When enabled, loads ClientSecure.js from Pelecard servers to enable Apple Pay on supported devices

What is the cost for the gateway plugin?

This plugin is a FREE download.

Payments stopped working after migration or downgrade

API passwords are encrypted (since version 1.5.1) using your site’s AUTH_KEY from wp-config.php. You’ll need to re-enter your Pelecard passwords in WooCommerce → Payments → Pelecard if:

  • You migrated your site and AUTH_KEY differs between environments
  • You downgraded to an older plugin version

I see “Pelecard Gateway — Legacy Support” in my plugins list

This is a required companion file for backwards compatibility. No action is needed — please do not delete it.
