Worten Conector keeps your catalog, offers (price/stock) and orders synchronized between WooCommerce and Worten Marketplace (Mirakl)—so you can manage everything from your store without duplicated work.
Integration runs through our cloud connector (AWS), reducing load on your server and providing faster, safer communication with Worten.
Note: Offers (price, stock, handling times) are updated automatically after activation. Product creation is handled per store to ensure correct categories/attributes.
Why you’ll love it
- Automatic Offers sync: price, stock, VAT, handling times.
- Smart Product handling: only creates products when needed; otherwise sends them as offers to existing listings.
- Order integration (optional): bi-directional sync centralized in WooCommerce—receive Worten orders in your store and push confirmations, cancellations, shipping & tracking back to Worten.
- Tracking made easy: select carrier, add tracking number, and mark orders as Completed to update Worten.
- Low footprint: cloud processing, minimal impact on your store.
Products vs Offers (how Mirakl/Worten works)
- Product = unique catalog item identified by EAN in Worten. It’s created once in the marketplace.
- Offer = your store’s commercial details for that Product (price, stock, VAT, SLA, etc.).
If a Product already exists in Worten (by EAN), your update is sent as an Offer.
If it doesn’t exist, Product creation is carried out by each store using our category-aware attribute tool: it presents the mandatory Worten attributes for the selected category, enables per-store mapping to your WooCommerce data, and validates completeness before submission. This is an administrative workflow managed by each store.
WooCommerce doesn’t ship with a native EAN field—but that’s not a problem. Worten Conector works with popular EAN/UPC/ISBN plugins and can read your EANs from those fields. Per-store mapping lets you point the connector to the exact meta field used by your plugin, so EAN capture “just works” across simple and variable products. If you manufacture items, you can use your own EANs; however, using the manufacturer’s EAN is recommended for catalog consistency.
How it works (Products)
- Import products from your store.
- Sync with Worten via the cloud connector.
- Existing products (by EAN) become Offers with immediate sync for price/stock/VAT/handling times.
- Identify products missing from Worten’s catalog.
- Prepare per-store product creation (mandatory categories/attributes).
- Submit, monitor, and finalize—then manage as Offers.
How it works (Offers)
- Import your catalog and push all offers for products already in Worten.
- Keep prices, stock, VAT, handling times up to date.
- Define delivery timelines and global or category margins.
- Continuous monitoring.
Order Integration (optional module)
- Bi-directional, centralized in WooCommerce: manage marketplace orders end-to-end from your store.
- Customer orders in Worten → an order is created in WooCommerce.
- Approve or confirm/cancel in WooCommerce; status is mirrored back to Worten.
- Choose carrier and add a tracking number, then mark the order Completed to notify Worten (requires the Worten Conector – Tracking for Orders plugin).
- Stock is updated accordingly.
- Currently available for WooCommerce.
Technology
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Secure Cloud Infrastructure
- SQL Server Database
- .NET Core backend for the connector
Offers are automated after activation. Product creation is per-store to ensure correct categories/attributes and data quality.
Yes. Marketplaces (including Worten) use EAN as the product identifier, so you must provide it—without an EAN, integration isn’t possible. WooCommerce doesn’t include a native EAN field, but you can install any popular EAN/UPC/ISBN plugin; our connector recognizes those fields and maps them per store.
