Zapify automates WordPress in one sentence: when this happens, do this.

Pick a trigger — an order is completed, a form is submitted, a user registers. Pick what should follow — send an email, grant a role, create a post, call a webhook. Set it live. That is the whole product.

It is a simple, self-hosted alternative to Zapier, Make, n8n, Uncanny Automator, AutomatorWP and Thrive Automator for the things that happen inside your WordPress site — with no per-task pricing, no monthly quota, and no round trip to somebody else’s server.

Every value you type can carry a placeholder — the order total, the person’s email, the field they filled in — and the builder lists what is available at each step, so you are picking from a list rather than guessing at a variable name.

💝 Why Zapify

➡️ The logs tell you what actually happened — every run records what each action was given after your placeholders were filled in, written down before the action runs. “Why did it email the wrong person?” is answered on the screen instead of in your imagination.

Zapify publishes a small, stable extension surface — register your own integrations, intercept the engine, rewrite placeholder values — and ships a sample integration plugin to copy. See the docs/ folder inside the plugin.

Privacy and external services

Zapify does not phone home. Automations run on your own server, and the free plugin sends data to a third party only where you have explicitly built it to: an outgoing webhook goes to the URL you enter, and the premium integrations talk to the service you connect them to, using the credentials you supply. Each of those requests happens only when an automation you created runs.

Licensing and optional usage tracking are handled by Freemius (terms, privacy). Usage tracking is opt-in — the plugin works fully without it, and declining changes nothing.
