The interface is simple and easy to understand. I've been using it for almost two years, and whenever I need to optimize it, I discuss it with them. If the suggestions are reasonable, their team will have engineers try them out, and so far the results have been excellent, making my shopping experience and the backend shipping process increasingly complete. We have been using APO Product Options for years now and whilst it can sometimes be challenging to accomodate specialised options in products but APO is a real game-changer. For us what sets it apart is the excellent and very rapid support. No issue is too small and they are always happy to help! We can't recommend them highly enough.

Solid app, and the reason I would recommend it is the team behind it. Support is always there and answers almost instantly, including on setup questions that were really our architecture rather than their bug. The app itself lifts the native variant limits and lets us apply option sets across the whole catalogue, which is the only practical way to run made-to-order at scale.

We've been using this app for a couple of years now. Does everything that it says on the box. But, the killer feature here isn't the app - its the support team. I've always been able to find a way to solve the problem or work around it if the app doesn't have the specific feature I need.

My catalog is complicated, and I had no idea how I was going to update the app since my setup was being phased out. I was floored by the level of support the APO team provided. We have only been using APO Product Options for a short amount of time, but we cannot believe how easy the app is to use with our Shopify store and how great the customer service has been! We have needed some customizations to make our option sets fit the needs of our business and these customizations were made perfectly by the APO customer service team and in an incredibly short amount of time. Any questions we have had have always been promptly answered and any glitches with our option sets have been fixed right away.
