This app has been great for us at Hamag. It allows very detailed personlisation along with the ability to show our customers what the customisation will look like. The support is second to none. Always ready to help out and very quick. Highly recommended.

Been using the app for a few years now, from the old legacy version through to the new version. A few issues along the way, but nothing support couldn't help with, in a prompt manner! Very handy app for us, managed to reduce our processing times considerably.

We have been using this app for about a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences with it. The support staff is also top notch. The level of detail they have provided in solving some limitations we have come across has been amazing.

Works well, good support. Would be nice if the issue with changing the image but not the name in an image set was fixed.

This App often causes Various errors. Add on Fee sometimes dissapear, causing customers only paying basic fee even when they chose more expensive options. Image Links often break randomly, causing error popups beeing shown to customers. Especially after there has need an update suddenly problems apear months later. Customer Support is quick to reply but often just telling you what the issue is instead of helping you fix it. Get ready to talk to them for an hour and then redoing products every now and then. Quite annoying if you have complex Products

Worst Shopify app I have ever used. I sell jewellery and have a charm necklace feature however customers have been able to order and are not being charged correctly for the charms, resulting in me loosing money with every sale that is made. Even after I contact their support team and was told the issue was fixed I received more orders that were still not being charged correctly. STAY AWAY from this app it is not with the trouble and there are plenty more options available. Such a waste of time and money

Great App and Support, not a big learning curve, we are using it for "Sport Team Tour" shirts, where the player or parent can change the name and number on the back, optional initials on the front, and the tour name and logo stay the same.

Really happy with this app! At first, I struggled a bit since it was my first time using a product personalizer, but their support team was honestly amazing. They were always there to help, sending clear screenshots and guidance. Special thanks to Saki for taking the time to record videos just for me—this helped a lot! Also big thanks to Joy, Muhtasim, Musabbir, Atik, and Sakib for being so kind and supportive throughout. Definitely recommend if you want both a good tool and great support behind it! Now my designer tool is live on my store and working exactly how I wanted.
