I reached out with a question, and they helped me right away and helped me fix the problem correctly!
The 24/7 customer chat is extremely helpful when getting feedback as opposed to emailing and waiting for a response. I was very surprised how quickly they diagnosed and resolved an issue with the compatibility with my theme. My issue involved dynamic pricing on the product page and they tested, diagnosed and resolved the issue within a minute. They do try hard to provide good customer service.
