We had a fantastic experience with the Avada AEO Optimizer app and, especially, with Christian from the Avada Customer Success Team and the development team. After only a few days of using the app, we realized that being able to include our own custom metafields in the generated product Markdown (.md) files was essential for us. Without those metafields, some important product information from our product pages would have been missing from the files. At that point, we were already seriously considering looking for an alternative solution. Christian listened carefully to what we needed, communicated everything clearly, and worked with the developers to see if they could make it possible. And they did. The Avada team implemented the ability for us to add our own custom metafields to the product Markdown files, which completely changed our experience with the app. Now, all of the important product information available on our product pages can also be included in the .md files, so we no longer have to worry about whether critical details are being left out. This is exactly the kind of customer support you hope to receive from an app developer: they didn't just give us a generic answer or tell us the feature wasn't available. They listened to a real customer need, took it seriously, involved the development team, and actually built the solution. A huge thank you to Christian and the entire Avada development team for proving us wrong when we thought we might have to move elsewhere. You made it happen, and we're extremely happy we stayed. Excellent app, outstanding support, and a team that genuinely listens to its customers. Highly recommended!

Wow - such a great app and so easy to set up. I reached out to customer services and was immediately connected to a live person and Beeter was just phenomenal. They helped me optimize, turn on features, make sure that everything was enabled. I even asked them what other things I could do to optimize from a product/collection standpoint and they gave great ideas. So excited to see how this gradually improves our discoverability on AEO!

With the recent Shopify changes for Agentic the llms.txt file this app creates is now redundant and won’t work as Shopify uses agents.md but it can still provide value via alternate markdown still so still worthwhile. Penelope was very good and gave me correct information and walked me through all this. I really appreciate it and the honesty

I've been struggling to get visibility across the internet here with the business and decided to give this a go, given im seeing more and more about LLMs and MD txt files, especially with the increase in AI search visibility. Hopefully this will be one step in moving forward and building better. the Process of installation was simple and I had Ricky who assisted with the whole setup process, and answering all my mundane and ignorant questions. The whole process was seamless and we will see in time what difference it makes to getting out there. 5 Stars for the serivce and assistance.

As advertised. Easily create and optimize your LLMs.txt as well as add markdown for all your pages and products. Very straight forward and easy to use. Beta features require speaking with support to enable, but it's automated and they're very quick to respond.
