I like upPromote. It's been a bit challenging to configure it for my unique needs. The app is nicely organized, and I am excited about what it is going to do for our business. My experience with the live help agents is great. For example, Lina spent a significant amount of time helping me with the setup of my account tonight. She knows the product well, ensured she understood my needs accurately then guided me step by step. I am completely impressed with her commitment to my have a great experience!

Great app for starting your first ambassador program. Has all the basic functionalities you'd need to get your program off the ground and running. The biggest plus is the excellent customer service. Maya, in particular, is speedy, efficient, and willing to help with any question. It lacks some of the more advanced features you see in competitors', but you can't beat the price, especially if your only motive is to get an ambassador program out there and not waste any time. We were with a competitor previously, and their customer service would take days to respond, with very little action. We really appreciate how quick everyone is to help here!

best affiliate app, super easy to use and set up, bet pricing model too. dont go with other apps that charge huge success fees or lock you in contracts. their support is nice (Mina is the best) and fast to respond too, i use this on like 5 of my shops

I had high expectations for UpPromote, but unfortunately the quality of affiliate applications was very disappointing. At least if you're hoping to get applicants from their marketplace. It may be ok if you're doing your own promotion to attract real affiliates. Out of the first five applicants, 3 were coupon or deal websites that appear to add no real value and may simply capture customers who were already intending to purchase. 4 out of 5 submitted applications with no information about how they plan to promote the brand, making it difficult to assess whether they are a good fit. I had to contact them via e-mail to ask more details (which turned out a waste of time anyway). As a camping and outdoor gear brand, we expected more relevant and professional applicants, which did not occur at all. For example, one recent application came from an email address "discreet69****"... embarrassing. The platform itself seems to work as intended, but there is no quality control or relevance of affiliate applications - even if you apply rules and restrictions for applicants.

We've had a great experience with UpPromote. It's helped us easily set up an affiliate program for our business. The online support is great! Gwen helped me fix an issue with affiliate emails I messed up so I didn't have to delete and start over. Overall a really great experience.

Great app with both a powerful affiliate program and an easy-to-use customer referral system. Everything was simple to set up and works smoothly. The support has also been excellent, especially Gwen who was quick, helpful, and very friendly. Highly recommended!
