UpPromote is a great service, and their support is really fantastic. You really need good support, especially in the beginning, and when I ran into some technical difficulties linking my domain at the start, Tanie from support was able to help me super fast. Together, we were able to identify and resolve the issue quickly and very professionally. From my perspective, it’s a definite YES, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who want's a step up :)
Excellent support! Mina was incredibly quick to respond, even on a Saturday, and handled my request very professionally. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Overall, working with the UpPromote team has been a great experience. Communication is always efficient, reliable, and pleasant, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything works.
