We've had a great experience with ReferralCandy. The setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with Shopify. It made launching our referral program much easier, and the customization options are flexible enough to match our brand. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Overall, it's a reliable solution for growing customer referrals and we highly recommend it.

ReferralCandy has been great. I like the functionality of the platform as it will help me manage both referral and ambassador programs with ease. The native functionality of the app is exactly what my business needs and it is great to have all of this managed in one place, rather than having to cobble together a solution across multiple platforms. I had a technical issue (completely my fault) and Eunice was incredible at helping me fix the issue. Super responsive and helpful and made the process of resolving my mistake completely painless.

I’ve had a great overall experience with ReferralCandy. The platform has been easy to navigate and simple to set up, which made getting started really smooth. I did run into a few issues along the way, but Eunice Sarmiento has been amazing to deal with. Eunice responded quickly, was very helpful, and solved all of my problems without any stress. I really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend ReferralCandy to other businesses looking to set up a referral program.
Absolute gun support - 10/10. Needed different commissions for stickers and apparel, with a cap at 3 sales per referred customer. Roj from ReferralCandy nailed it with a clean tiered campaign: 12% on the first sale, then 15% on sales 2 & 3. Explained everything clearly and dropped a quick Loom walkthrough so I could follow along. Super responsive, no fluff, genuinely helpful. If you’re running Shopify affiliate/referral programs, this is the one. Campaign launching now and I’m stoked. Highly recommend.
