My account constantly gets pushed back into the "Free" plan despite being charged $119 every month. It constantly writes over existing alt text that it has already done. I'd advise using a different App. The Alt Text that this app does make is great
Fairly good product but super poor support. They just don't reply!
AltSeo helps with the basics, and it works. It automatically adds alt text to product images, which saves me time and improves accessibility. I’ve noticed a significant increase in image search traffic since I started using it. It’s not a magic solution, but it does what it promises, and that’s already valuable.
